Deborah Mersino serves as Chief Marketing Officer for Oregon Community Credit Union. Responsible for the areas of Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Card Services, Product R&D, and Virtual Technologies for OCCU since 2014, Deborah helps foster collaboration, exceptional member experience, and the fulfillment of goals and objectives aligned with the organization's Strategic Plan.
Prior to joining OCCU, she was CMO for an organization dedicated to serving education leaders and influencing public policy regarding the effective use of technology to improve education.
Deborah currently serves on the Strategic Market Share Task Force for the Northwest Credit Union Association and is also a founding member of the Northwest Chapter of the Global Women's Leadership Network.
