Drew Hirsty is the Director of Marketing for Penn Global Marketing, an Integrity company, and brings more than 40 years of experience in sales, marketing, recruiting, training, and business development within the insurance and financial services industry. During his career, he has held leadership roles in both sales management and marketing, helping grow agent organizations, support recruiting initiatives, and develop compliant marketing strategies in highly regulated environments

Beginning his career in sales, Drew spent nearly two decades recruiting, training, and leading field representatives before transitioning into corporate marketing leadership. Today, he oversees brand strategy, agent communications, education programs, and marketing initiatives that support Penn Global’s nationwide distribution network.

Known for his practical approach to leadership, deep industry knowledge, and commitment to helping others succeed, Drew is also active in community service and has served in numerous volunteer and board leadership positions throughout his career.
