Betsy Wolking

Betsy Wolking leads marketing and communications at Foster & Motley, a Cincinnati-based, fee-only SEC-registered investment advisor providing integrated financial planning and investment management. She directs the firm’s overall marketing strategy and partners with advisors, internal stakeholders, and outside partners to bring the brand to life in a way that reflects how the firm actually works with clients. She has produced and directed four seasons of Foster & Motley: A Podcast About Wealth & Life and season five is now underway.

Betsy joined Foster & Motley in 2013 and spent her early years with the firm in client service and event planning before moving into marketing leadership. That inside view of the client relationship shapes how she approaches brand positioning, with a focus on making sure the firm’s story is grounded in the people and experiences behind it. She holds a Master of Science in Marketing from William & Mary’s Raymond A. Mason School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Northern Kentucky University. She also recently served a two-year term as President of the American Marketing Association’s Cincinnati Chapter, a nationally recognized and award-winning professional association.
