She oversees brand messaging, digital content, podcast curation, PR, and speaking opportunities to ensure each reflects Mitlin’s mission to help families experience JOY in their journey while creating a clear path toward their vision of tomorrow.

Beyond her professional commitments, Denise advocates for mental health in honor of her brother through the Keith Milano Memorial Fund, turning personal loss into purpose.

Denise’s greatest JOY comes from the life she’s built with her husband Larry, most of all empowering their sons to carve out paths that are uniquely their own.
