Rejeesh Ramachandran

Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing Transformation, Technology, Analytics & Personalization

Rejeesh Ramachandran is Head of Marketing Transformation, Analytics, MarTech, Targeted Marketing & Personalization at TD Bank, America’s Most Convenient Bank®.

In this role, he is responsible for marketing technologies, targeted marketing, campaign delivery and the use of data and insights to enable marketing customer acquisition strategy and engagement. Rejeesh’s team partners with the various functions within the Bank to implement key engagement strategies across channels to drive customer interaction.

Rejeesh has over two decades of experience in customer engagement and personalization, data analytics, data science, data management, architecture, CRM and marketing capabilities with a focus in financial services.

Before joining TD, Rejeesh held a leadership role within the Data Science function at Voya Financial. There, he oversaw a cross-disciplinary team of data scientists, data engineers, data analysts and operations professionals responsible for evangelizing and driving the use of data and data science. As Head of Enterprise CRM and Marketing Solutions at Voya, Rejeesh was responsible for delivering sales, marketing and operations capabilities across distribution, marketing, sales and product functions. He also developed and managed a digitally integrated omni-channel messaging capability to deliver action-oriented communications to customers across phone, email, SMS and mobile.

Rejeesh also served as Head of Web Analytics & Marketing Solutions, Director of Advanced Analytics and Enterprise Architect of analytics and data teams at Voya, ING, and GE. Rejeesh earned a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from the University of Mumbai. He resides in Simsbury, CT.
