His career in finance so far includes roles at MasterCard and Citibank, and he has been impactful in digital marketing, data analysis, and emerging market strategies. As a Senior Vice President and Vice President at Citibank, Jay excelled in portfolio and relationship management. he is now a Director at Citi and leads the functional group of the Omnichannel Decision Enginer which personalizes and optimizes consumer interactions using dynamic-AI. He holds an MBA in Finance from Georgetown University.
