Jennifer Taylor is SVP, Head of Commercial Digital at Axos Bank, responsible for leading the development of new digital banking platforms while evangelizing a human-centered approach. In her current role, she develops and drives digital strategy across the Commercial Bank ecosystem and leads a team of innovators, product development/management experts, UX designers, and UAT engineers while identifying opportunities for growth that can be achieved using digital solutions.
Prior to joining Axos Bank, Ms. Taylor served as Head of Digital Banking at Pacific Western Bank, where she defined the bank’s digital strategy and roadmap, established a client-first UX practice, and elevated the bank’s suite of digital solutions. She served as Global Head of Digital Channels and Data Marketing in the Treasury and Trade Solutions division at Citigroup, where she owned product marketing and commercialization for two flagship brands and led the digital marketing channels strategy.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business, and an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
