Chief Marketing Officer

Bonnie is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for X-Caliber Capital and its affiliate companies. As CMO, she is responsible for the marketing strategy and initiatives across X-Caliber’s companies and affiliates and is responsible for expanding the brands and positioning them for success. In her role, she oversees all the digital marketing, new business, and traditional marketing disciplines to help support impactful growth.

Prior to X-Caliber, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer for Arbor Realty Trust (NYSE: ABR). During her 17-year tenure there, she oversaw all of the firm’s marketing and strategic initiatives, including digital marketing and automation, branding, advertising, customer relationship management, new business development, employee communications, events and conferences, and public relations. She also championed, designed, and brought to market the industry’s first agency, online multifamily loan processing platform. Prior to that, she served as a corporate spokesperson for KeySpan Energy, now PSEG, one of the largest national gas companies in the northeast.

Ms. Habyan has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bethany College, a Master’s degree in Communications from New York Institute of Technology, and an MBA in Banking and Finance from Dowling College. She has served on the MBA DUS® Technology Committee and is a member of the MBA’s Marketing Officers’ Roundtable. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women, the Private Director’s Association, and the National Speakers Association. She is also a published author.
