Sophia is currently the founder of STS Smart Marketing and provides consultancy to fintechs and banks in the US and UK to grow with modern marketing operations that include prescriptive analytics, digital transformation, and operational traction. She is also Global Growth Advisor at Global Data Bank, which provides a digital media supply, with contextual targeting except safe, transparent, and ethical, and one that advertisers/agencies can check to ensure it’s compliant, especially crucial as the cookie crumbles and more regulation is set in.

Sophia was CMO at Bradesco BAC Florida Bank, offering real estate financing, corporate and institutional banking, wealth management, and personal banking to domestic and international clients. As CMO she was responsible for delivering 360-degree marketing for the bank, with a focus on acquisition, retention, and innovation, including FinTech partnerships.

Sophia has both corporate and agency experience. She’s led WPP agency teams for clients such as Citibank in LATAM and EMEA and Nokia Global. She is a Certified Financial Marketing Professional, CFMP, accredited by the American Bankers Association.
