 Michelle Volpe-Kohler is a writer, strategist, and award-winning communications professional. At the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, her focus includes storytelling, messaging, and communication strategy. Volpe-Kohler has honed her skills in both internal and agency roles in a range of industries, including financial services, technology, scientific/medical, wellness, and lifestyle. She has an MA in English from Ohio University and BAs in economics and English from Baldwin Wallace University. She volunteers with College Now and the Greater Cleveland Food Bank and she is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
