Juan Silvera is Executive Vice President and CMO at AgFirst Farm Credit Bank, a $40B wholesale bank that is the part of the Farm Credit System. Before joining AgFirst, he was CMO at Rabobank N.A. and held leadership roles in Marketing and Digital at financial institutions including Bank of America, Wachovia / Wells Fargo and MUFG Union Bank. In addition to his experience in financial services, Juan was a partner in three different digital marketing agencies in the U.S. and Europe. He received a business degree from Cal State University, Los Angeles and an MBA from Pepperdine University.
