Jennifer Borchardt has over 20 years’ experience designing Omnichannel experiences for financial services. She the Vice President of Digital Experience & Strategy where she leads digital transformation and strategic initiatives for U.S. Bank Wealth Management and Emerging Affluent. As Vice President of UX Strategy at Wells Fargo, she led the evolution of bank, brokerage and wealth management experiences, including digital channels and innovation. As Lead Producer at E*TRADE, she led the design and localization of E*TRADE’s international websites. She was an onsite principal in the company’s European offices and worked with teams in Australia, Europe, Asia, and South Africa.
