Jeff Gibson is the Senior Vice President of Marketing Services at Mastercard, leading North America. Marketing Services provides customer acquisition and engagement capabilities that leverage our proprietary data, analytics, and technology, global marketing expertise and assets, and global network of preferred partners to deliver end-to-end campaigns with unparalleled results.
Jeff joined Mastercard in 2007 and built and then ultimately led the North American product development consulting solutions. He held a pivotal role in development of over fifty current consumer facing products across payments, checking and digital capabilities. He also spent five years as a business development lead for the full suite of D&S solutions for both National and Regional financial institutions.
Prior to joining Mastercard, Jeff was Group Manager of Data Operations at a division of IRI, where he spearheaded integrated marketing database development with marketing mix analysis deliverables. He has a penchant for Design Thinking, Epistemology, Foosball, and spent time as an actor. Jeff holds a B.A. in Psychology from Vanderbilt University.
