Alicia is part of a larger global design transformation team leading the advancement of design maturity and best practice in the US market for Sun Life. This includes co-creating a collaborative operating model for CX and UX teams distributed across US business units, building customer journey maps aligned to priority value streams, facilitating design thinking workshops to solve for problems identified along the customer journey, coaching leaders and their teams to serve clients better by adopting design-led thinking, and rolling out design and design thinking-focused training to support newly established Agile squads.
