Adam Herman is an entrepreneurial revenue leader with over 16 years’ experience in advertising and media technology (SaaS and service models). In various roles, Adam has architected and structured hypergrowth revenue teams and client solution organizations with complete responsibilities and oversight for P&L performance.
Responsible for Goodway Group’s revenue team and in-housing service offering, Adam is well-versed in all digital marketing areas including full-funnel attribution and measurement, advanced targeting, media efficiency and brand safety. He specializes in uncovering fresh opportunities and building holistic strategic digital marketing solutions for the likes of DoorDash, Kodiak Cakes, Yamaha and more well-known brands.
Adam holds an MBA with advanced degrees in corporate finance and entrepreneurship as well as Series 7 and 66 FINRA licenses, and he’s motivated and energized by the similarities he sees between finance and digital media and how the two are blending in today’s new economy.
In his spare time, Adam sits on various investment committees focused on opportunities within ad tech, martech, fintech and real estate. He’s a self-proclaimed start-up enthusiast, a venture partner with NextGenVC and a devoted husband, a proud father of two, an average golfer and a food and wine enthusiast.
