Her exemplary young tam was a premier leader in managing client portfolios and providing professional customized service, Winnie began her investment advisory practice with Salomon Smith Barney where she was awarded their highest honors for success with her membership in the elite Blue Chip Council (2001-2004), Century Council, and President’s Council.
Marc is a Director in BNY Mellon’s FinTech Strategy and Partnerships team and joined BNY Mellon in 2018. In his current role, he works on developing partnerships for BNY Mellon with fintech companies, large tech companies, clients and peers to enable and accelerate the digital transformation of the firm. Prior to joining BNYM, Marc was a General Partner at Imagine Capital Group, a launching VC fund focused on investing in fintech companies in Europe and Asia. Between 1994 and 2016, Marc worked in corporate and investment banking roles at predominantly ABN AMRO Bank in Asia, Europe, and the US. In his last role at ABN AMRO, he was a Managing Director and Head of FIG, North America in New York.

Since leaving Norway in 1999, she pursued an international career. After completing BA at Washington State University, following two masters in business and marketing in Australia, she joined a Global insurance brokerage firm in New York City. To provide additional value to clients and the Private Equity community, she founded KONTAKTSOURCE, a unique forum to support private equity deal flow and origination. Marianne has a passion for helping other women achieve career success, and founded the Growthsource Academy, a not-for-profit organization, to help New York City women achieve independence through entrepreneurship. Growthsource Academy now supports women with workshops, mentoring and coaching worldwide. Prior to the inception of the Growthsource Academy, she also founded the Risk Leadership Development Program for Young Women at St. John’s University.
